The purpose of the YTF Alumni Network (YAN) is to complete our mission of supporting program participants as they successfully complete their YTF program; continuing their education or finding meaningful employment after graduation. We also want them to stay connected to their peers, staff and neighborhoods and share their experience to build a better future for their community.
Our hope is that we help our graduants stay on track and help each other find resources to better their communities.
