Our programs increase access to education, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion and technology for girls, juventud, y mujeres. We employ an innovative use of culturally-sensitive classroom-based instruction, experiential/hands-on learning, STEM enrichment activities, and digital technologies.
Desde 2000, our flagship program, YTF Academia, has graduated more than 320,000 juventud, with 96% going on to higher education within two years and 55% choosing technology-related fields.
YTF Academy has a high job placement rate with students securing employment paying, on average, three times more in salaries. YTF graduates perform better than non-YTF employees; 40% are promoted within 3-6 months of graduation.
