The program combines classroom learning in financial skills and business capability development, industry tours, “Power Hours” networking events, and daily SMS business tips to extend their learning and business strategies.
- Classroom and Online Trainings: A combination of experiential workshops, case studies, online open source modules, and guest speakers.
- Industry Tours: These build competence among women entrepreneurs through contact with successful women entrepreneurs. Example: women visit small-scale manufacturers and learn about market trends, design, supply chain management, pricing, labeling, and other relevant topics in order to facilitate the sharing of opportunities and challenges.
- Power Hours: Designed to be a series of sessions focused on transferring knowledge and skills, facilitating networking, and promoting the exchange of experiences among women.
