Goal 17: Strengthen the Means of Implementation and Revitalize the Global Partnerships for Sustainable Development

YTF’s work is planned, designed, and implemented in strong collaboration with government, NGOs, community civic organizations, village and community leadership, grassroots organizations, schools and universities, corporations, and nonprofit groups representing those to be served. YTF implements projects using a participatory approach in which programs are developed and based on the identification of local, unique needs in partnership with local stakeholders. At the same time, YTF develops and maintains project awareness with state and national governmental agencies and ministries which encourages public policy development and regulatory review based on programs that are effective and impactful.

The majority of YTF programs have been implemented from meaningful, long-term partnerships including World Economic Forum, United Nations Women (Fund for Gender Equality), Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, Intel, MasterCard, Women Enhancing Technology (WeTech),VISA, World Bank, General Electric, CISCO, Ford Foundation, HP, ExxonMobil, Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, Ashoka Innovators for the Public, Google, Indigo Trust, National Endowment for Democracy, World Bank Innovation Fair, Nokia, Northern Illinois University, SoftChoice, and Microsoft.
