YTF’s Founder, Njideka Harry, spoke before a crowd of over 200 in attendance on the human capital panel at the 3rd annual Kellogg Africa Business Conference. Seeking strategic action plans to further enliven Africa’s growth, conference leaders, attendees and presenters embraced the event’s pragmatic theme – “Unlocking Africa’s Potential: Defining the Next Steps” – to advance Africa’s entrepreneurial climate.
Njideka stressed, “Africa is changing at a great pace. Young people are looking for the right skills for jobs. The information and communication technology wave could help build human capital, open up new jobs and transform education and healthcare.”
President H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo gave the keynote address encouraging attendees to actualize the potential on the continent and to take advantage of the opportunities.
